We hope you've been enjoying your summer! Unfortunately, this heavenly sunny season is soon going to be coming to a close. But, don't be looking down in the dumps because here at the wiki, we have some ace events scheduled for your summer blow out. Unfortunately were not able to hold an entire summer of events for the wiki due to a lot of conflicts. :( But before summer goes out, we have some pretty big (and hopefully fun) events to celebrate Austin & Ally and summer! Continue below to read what we have planned!
SUMMER SENIOR PARTY CONTEST
Flashback 10 episodes ago, Austin, Ally, Trish, and Dez are just days before their senior year. For the seniors at Marino High, the school is holding an end of summer senior party for the seniors before school starts. With the music factory in place, the four only want to take the time to go to the party if it's going to be really good.
This is going to be a 3 week long contest! Here is what we want you to do: You are now in charge of the summer senior party and your job is to get the fearsome foursome to attend your party. Create a theme for the party, create a summer soundtrack for the party, create a menu of food for the party, and create/choose an outfit for one or more of the four to wear to the party! Once you do that, you can submit your party layout right here to be entered in the voting for a chance to win best party! You have from now until August 30 to do so and then starting August 31, the wiki community will be able to vote on their favorite party! Below are some tips for each category of the party:
THEME:
The theme can be anything from a circus party to a jungle party! Be creative, there are no bad ideas. Be as descriptive as possible about the theme so users can visualize it in their head!
SOUNDTRACK:
The soundtrack should be a list of songs that you would want played at the party! It can be as long as you want but please no less than 5 songs. The soundtrack should go with the theme but also should be fun and songs that you like!
MENU:
This is the tasty part! The menu should also go with the theme. Don't be afraid to be creative, add some appetizers, main courses, etc. You can have as many foods listed as you want but please no less than 3 foods.
OUTFIT:
For the party outfit, you can find a picture of an outfit online and post/link it with your party layout or you can make an outfit on polyvore.com like we've done for previous contests! You can make/pick an outfit for Austin, Ally, Trish, or Dez, for as many of them as you'd like! Have fun with this!
Voting for the contest ends September 5 at 5pm ET/2pm PT. Why at such a specific time? Because on that same day, we will be having an End of Summer Party over in the Wiki Chat at 7pm ET/4pm PT! At the party, the winner will be announced and the party will be themed totally to their party idea! We will have a playlist in chat with all of the winner's songs, a themed background, and more! This party will be a lot like last year's prom party so if you went to that you'll know how grand it'll be. The next day the winner will be announced on the wiki for those who did not attend the party.
We finally will be having an Austin & Ally Appreciation Week on the wiki! After nearly 4 years of the show and we haven't taken a day dedicated to appreciating it? Well now we are! Very soon the Austin & Ally Wiki will be hosting a whole week of appreciating Austin & Ally. Each day in this week will be dedicated to a different part of Austin & Ally:

Each day will consist of special blog posts, a special wiki theme, special discussions, and special Twitter posts! It'll be tons of fun so don't miss this event! We actually have a VERY BIG surprise coming for you guys for appreciation week. This big surprise is definitely going to make wiki history and the admin staff is SO excited to share it with you! It's actually the reason why Austin & Ally Appreciation Week does not yet have a date. We're hoping for either one of the the next few weeks in August or sometime in September. When we have the date we'll let you know and will announce our big surprise! Tthis event is going to be big, so don't miss it!
