Heath Seifert is an American television writer and producer. He is one half of the television writing and producing team with Kevin Kopelow. They are a team and have written and produced for All That, Kenan & Kel, Sonny with a Chance, and among other series. They are also the writers and creators of the hit show Austin & Ally. Before working for Disney Channel, Seifert and Kopelow worked for Nickelodeon.
