Memorable Quotes

Dez: Almost done... Voila!
Ally: Amazing! It looks just like Austin!

Austin: Except my hair's parted on the other side.

Dez: Aw man! Guess I gotta start all over. [smashes pumpkin on the floor, walks off]
Austin: Ooh, sometimes when I burp, I'm afraid an alien's gonna burst out!
Ally: Don't you have any fears that, I don't know, are like absolutely ridiculous?
Ally: Remember what you told me that time when we went to the water park and I was scared to go down the giant water slide?
Austin: Keep your mouth closed at the bottom; there might be pee in the pool?
Ally: ...Yes, but you also said, no matter how scared I was, just push ahead and don't look down.
Ally: Hi, I'm Ally.
Ethan: I'm Ethan. Nice Florence Nightingale costume.
Ally: Yup, good ol' Flo.
Austin:(In a cake costume) Why are you staring at me like that?
Dez: I'm just really hungry, man.
Dez: Well, I do know one technique for dealing with anger. You write a message to the person you're upset with, tell them how you feel, then you get rid of that message, symbolically purging the negativity of your inner psyche.
Austin: Okay, I'll give it a try. Dear Ally and Jimmy, I'm so... mad at you guys right now! I don't want anything to do with people who were... evil gutless rats!!
Dez: Oh, that is good!
Dez: Now, we just have to get rid of this text. Just hit the Don't Send button.
Austin: Don't Send? There is no Don't Send button! You sent the text!
Ally:That's a cool chorus.
Austin:(singing) "Don't drink the pee in the pool".

Ally:No,no, no, no, noooooo...I mean (sings) "Don't look down".

Austin:Yeah, that's good, too.

  • Mini's is introduced in this episode, that will be Season 2 hanging out place.

  • Ally claimed she was dressed as Florence Nightingale, however her nurse's uniform is more reminiscent of the mid-20th Century. Nightingale died in 1910.
  • Dez never paid for Ally's costume; he just took it.
  • At the end, people think Dez is Austin, but everyone saw the real Austin perform with Ally and he was dressed as a gladiator.
  • Ally never changed back into her other clothes when she went to meet Jimmy; she just took the hat off and wore the rest of the Florence Nightingale costume.
  • Ethan was at the party. But it is very unusual that a normal person would be at aExclusive Starr Party. Same goes for Nelson & the girl that thought Dez was Austin. Although, Ethan might have some connections or is signed but not well known, and Nelson knows Austin and they might have let him in.
