<p>Hey admins and rollbacks! I've been looking around the wiki recently and I've been seeing that still many things really need to be cleaned up. I've also been noticing that there are a few things that really can be done differently/better here on the wiki. Most Disney Channel Wikis follow each other w/ layouts and templates, etc. so while this wiki has started a lot of trends with the look of Disney Channel Wikis, we also have taken from our predecessors. However, I think some of the things we've taken from them can definitely be done better. And like I mentioned a few sentences earlier, the wiki could use a lot of clean up on pages. So basically, I think the wiki needs a bit of a shake up and clean up. On pages, layouts, policies, and even staff. I think that as a staff we should work together on this. I'm going to be making a few threads about layout and policy changes within the next few days and as staff members, it's important for you all to be active in those threads and you can even make your own change proposals yourself. But first things first, we need to know who on our staff is planning on staying and who on our staff is planning on leaving because there has been a great lapse of communication in the staff.

- DatNuttyKid - You seem to do the most out of the rollbacks. The question is, which I assume the answer to is yes, but do you plan to stick with us?
- LoveKiss - You haven't been on much but we really would love to have you, ready to reshine the rollback boots the join us?
- MacyZC55 - Macy is very busy, I will speak to her but I'm pretty sure she still knows how to and wants to put the ad to the min. :P

<p>Hey rollbacks! We really need to get some things rolling on this wiki. 2015 is gonna be big, for the wiki even, and the staff is going to have to go in full gear.
</p><p>Bottom line, the rollbacks are not as active as they should be. I think part of the reason is because the staff isn't an active <i>team</i> and we haven't had a meeting in the longest time. We need to all get on the same page, get ourselves going on the same rhythm, so we know exactly what our job as staff members is. So what needs to happen is a meeting needs to be scheduled, plans need to be made, and goals need to be set. This will include page development goals as well as wiki monitoring. The most active rollback I see here is DatNuttyKid (but this doesn't necessarily mean your current activity is where it needs to be). LoveKiss is second most active. AwesomeOrange89, your activity highly disappoints me because for so long you've begged for rights and this is how you use them? And lastly, Bella8991 is literally never on, she never really was in the first place but we decided to give her a chance. I'm going to be demoting Bella as soon as possible, I don't think there needs to be discussion, but if you have anyway arguments to that you can say so.
</p><p>We need a meeting so we can all get on the same page. I'm very close to having AwesomeOrange89 removed from the team, DatNuttyKid and LoveKiss are good but we need to get ourselves on the same page.

With this committee, we will plan and organize wiki events for the wiki! This should be very exciting, as you may have seen already, this wiki has a whole lot of events and users get really into them so it should be really fun to be able to be apart of organizing/making those activities! We definitely need to get going here because our first event will be the Holiday Events which are BIG on this wiki so we must get a meeting in ASAP. <p>Hey admins! So recently there have been a lot of spoilers around the wiki and it's become a problem. Apparently, all the season 3 episodes were leaked online and now people are posting spoilers all over the wiki.
</p><p>I've noticed, if I'm not mistaken, that we do not have any rules pertaining to spoilers. We do have a similar rule. The general policy #7 under "Using the wiki" says "Do not post any links or videos to full episodes before the episode has aired in all of the United States (HST)." This somewhat takes care of what has been going on. I have heard from some users that links to full episodes have been posted but I have not seen any myself.
</p><p>The bottom line is, we need to take care of the spoilers. Problem is, we do not necessarily have a rule against them. Are we going to allow spoilers or not allow them? I think it's important that we clarify this as soon as possible and make a rule according to what we decide.
</p><p>But first things first, we need to take care of the spoilers on the wiki. Since we do not have a rule that allows us to not allow them, I think it's best that we take the comment section off the pages that contain spoilers. I have found a MediaWiki feature that allows you to take comments off a single page. I think we should do this.

</p><p>As you know Wikia is currently working with communities to create Video Policies/Guidelines to their specific wikias. As you may already know Wikia currently has been establishing an expansive library of fully licensed wikia videos covering various forms of entertainment.
</p><p>Video Swap (LVS) is our newest tool which allows admins to quickly swap videos from outside providers to the same (or very similar) video that exists in our library at Wikia Video. All our videos are fully licensed with no expiration date.
</p><p>We are always looking to improve on what we can provide to our users and if it was ok with you, we would like to know what we can do to better your experience.
</p><p>Lastly we want to encourage communities to create a Video Policy/Guidelines that cater to the needs of your Wikia community regarding the uploading of any media for users to reference when visiting your site if you haven't done so already. If so, do you think you could link me to it? I would greatly appreciate it! I’m not trying to ignore the wiki or not answer back, and I do realize that sometimes I do have extra time on my hands and I’m not always on the wiki, but I’m seriously on the edge right about now and under a lot of stress (just a few days ago I had a mental breakdown, had to leave work and was bed ridden for a day, so I‘ll probably have to work a little bit extra). A lot of the times my employer does ask me to work extra, and I agree because I want this job. <p>Hey admins. I just wanted to talk to you guys about editing. Since we are going to be making official page layouts that will tell how pages (separated by category) should specifically be organized, I haven't been editing often. I do not want to add something that will end up being changed. That's just what I'm doing. I'm only going to edit when information must be added and things need to be taken off but I think we should refrain from adding new sections and things like that. What do you guys think?
</p><p>I was thinking that once we make these page layout rules, we can assign certain pages to admins for us to go through and change up according to the new layout. Also, I want us to start thinking about how we believe pages should be laid out in these categories:
