<p>Hey everyone!
</p><p>This is just a brief guide to removing categories from articles where necessary. Just follow these steps to remove them. It's actually really easy when you get the hang of it!
</p><p>For this example, I'm going to use
Fanatics & Favors. These steps will apply for any article on any wiki. First of all, this can only be done when edited from the top of the page. So as you recognize this screen click on "edit" on the top of the article next to the title

<p>As soon as you click it, it should go to the editing screen. On the right-hand side of the screen, there are different sections for different things to be done on the page. There is a section called categories. This displays all the categories from the page

<p>In that section, there are two boxes. The box with the scroll-down menu lists the categories on the page. Use the scroll-down to scroll down to any categories that you want to get rid of. Hover your cursor over the unwanted category. A pencil and a trash can should appear

<p>Click on the trash can to remove the category and it should disappear. Repeat for any other categories that aren't needed. Click publish and it should be done!
