<p>Hey rollbacks! We really need to get some things rolling on this wiki. 2015 is gonna be big, for the wiki even, and the staff is going to have to go in full gear.
</p><p>Bottom line, the rollbacks are not as active as they should be. I think part of the reason is because the staff isn't an active <i>team</i> and we haven't had a meeting in the longest time. We need to all get on the same page, get ourselves going on the same rhythm, so we know exactly what our job as staff members is. So what needs to happen is a meeting needs to be scheduled, plans need to be made, and goals need to be set. This will include page development goals as well as wiki monitoring. The most active rollback I see here is DatNuttyKid (but this doesn't necessarily mean your current activity is where it needs to be). LoveKiss is second most active. AwesomeOrange89, your activity highly disappoints me because for so long you've begged for rights and this is how you use them? And lastly, Bella8991 is literally never on, she never really was in the first place but we decided to give her a chance. I'm going to be demoting Bella as soon as possible, I don't think there needs to be discussion, but if you have anyway arguments to that you can say so.
</p><p>We need a meeting so we can all get on the same page. I'm very close to having AwesomeOrange89 removed from the team, DatNuttyKid and LoveKiss are good but we need to get ourselves on the same page.

<p>Since we've all read the screenshots (except no word for AwesomeOrange89), I think I'm going to give you guys your set of pages next. Your job will be to monitor these pages and try to check them at least once a week. However, remember that you are not limited to these pages. If you want to edit or fix up a page outside of your collection, go ahead, but the pages you are given are the pages you are in charge of so you have to make sure you do your duty to those pages. I'd understand if you skipped over some pages in a weekly run through because some pages, for example old galleries, will not be changing any time soon. Just try to check each one and make sure they are all good. Now, you're going to come across a lot of pages that need editing and need developing. I'm not expecting you to clean up those pages right away because that is what our action plans are for. But mostly, I'm asking that you make sure general information is there, the page is nice and neat, it's understandable (grammar), and that it's vandalism free. Also, check comments. You may want to split that for another day, one day you could check content, the next you check comments. Macy and I definitely want to get rid of negative/irrelevant comments, old and new. I think that once you go through all of your pages once, it'll be easier the next time because you'll know what pages will really need a lot of revisiting and which ones you'll only need to check maybe twice a week.

<p>Speaking of irrelevant comments, you mentioned in the first meeting that you were planning on asking Wikia to give us the powers to delete pages and stuff? Did you change your mind, or are you waiting for them to get back, or did you just forget or what? :P Just curious.

<p>I'm so sorry I haven't given pages yet guys, I've just been so busy with school and rehearsals (I'm rehearsaing for my school musical, we're doing Jekyll & Hyde). I'm going to post them this afternoon/evening. I feel really bad for being so late so I once again I apologize. This was the last week of the first semester for me so a lot has been going on.
